Today is Make It Your Own Monday. Today take something and make it your own by adding your special style or mark to it. My favorite example is how Nike took simple clothing pieces, added a check mark to them, and then created a unique style. After spending the past three days under a mandatory fire evacuation order, I began to think about what would happened if I could not have gotten back to my home office AT ALL? This past weekend I had the pleasure of returning my son, Brandon, to the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) to start his junior year. Despite having made this college drop off trip 3 years in a row, I decided this trip was going to be about me and not my precious, smart son. Today is Time Out Tuesday
Today is Time Out Tuesday. Today we are going to put everyone and everything ON HOLD in order to take time to handle the items that are currently on our plate and do-to list. This is important because the more we put on ours plates, the more it overflows, and the more overwhelmed we become.
